Annual skip the reservation process and cook at home Valentine’s. This year I ordered 2 rack of lambs from a local farmer – Luna Field Farms. Lamb was smothered in whole seed mustard then coated with breadcrumbs with rosemary, mint and parsley. Sides were Beet Onion salad and Lebanese stuffed baby eggplants on top of zucchini and onions. For dessert I made a jam out of ginger and blueberries and also a Amaretto Caramel then made a Blueberry Ginger Float with ginger ale which was out of this world.
